These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DDS Inc. ("RizzCoachAI," "we," "us"), governing your use of the RizzCoachAI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
RizzCoachAI provides AI-assisted communication coaching, content creation and scheduling tools, voice sessions, and live-broadcast tools that publish to social media accounts you own and connect. We act as a tool you direct. We do not operate, own, or control any third-party platform, and we do not guarantee any audience, reach, engagement, or income.
You may connect third-party accounts (for example YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or Snapchat) using their official authorization flows. You authorize us to use those credentials solely to perform actions you request, such as publishing a post or starting a broadcast on your own account. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and policies, and any content you publish through us is subject to those platforms' rules as well as these Terms. You may disconnect any account at any time in the app.
A connected account does not by itself enable publishing or live
streaming. The current TikTok Login Kit connection verifies and displays the
user's TikTok identity using only user.info.basic; RizzCoachAI
does not use that authorization to upload or publish TikTok videos.
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or broadcast. You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, brand, and deliver that content only as needed to provide the features you use. You are solely responsible for your content, including anything you broadcast live.
You agree not to use the Service to create, publish, or broadcast content that:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Live broadcasts are transmitted to the destination platforms you select and are published on your own accounts there. Broadcasts may be subject to duration limits, quality limits, and platform eligibility requirements outside our control. You are responsible for everything shown or said in your broadcasts, and for obtaining any necessary permissions from people appearing in them.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching suggestions, captions, and other content. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI produces before you use or publish it.
The Service offers optional paid features, including consumable packs (such as call minutes and stream minutes) and auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also impose usage limits to protect the Service and manage costs. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party platform outages are outside our control.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the RizzCoachAI name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as it appears automatically within content you create using the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal risk or harm to others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained through it will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, followers, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights or platform policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
