Help with your RizzCoachAI account, purchases, privacy requests, and connected accounts.

Contact support

Email ddsinc2025@gmail.com and include a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, payment-card details, or private conversation content.

TikTok connection help

• Open RizzCoachAI and go to Setup → Connect Social Accounts → TikTok.
• Use Refresh Status to check an existing connection.
• Use Disconnect to revoke and remove the connection before choosing a different account.
• Connecting TikTok does not upload or publish content.

Account deletion

Use the in-app account deletion control to remove your account and associated user-owned backend records. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify and process the request.
